What to expect

A friendly, one-hour Yoga Flow class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and build gentle strength. Each class includes:

  • Centering breathwork and a short guided arrival
  • Warm-up and accessible flow sequence
  • Balance, strength, and mobility work with options
  • Soothing stretches
  • A restful savasana to finish

Classes are beginner-friendly with progressions for regular practitioners. You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and clear.

Who it’s for

  • All ages and abilities welcome (teens and adults).
  • New to yoga? Perfect. Returning after a break or working with tightness/injury? Options are offered throughout so you can practice at your pace.
  • Parents/caregivers are welcome—quiet children are fine to sit nearby if supervised.

What to bring

  • Your own yoga mat (and any props you enjoy—block, strap, towel, cushion, water bottle).
  • Wear comfy clothing you can move in.
  • If you prefer extra support, bring a small blanket for your knees or relaxation.

Helpful notes

  • Free, drop-in community classes—no booking required.
  • Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your mat.
  • If you have any medical considerations, let the instructor know before class and practice within your comfort.
