What to expect
A friendly, one-hour Yoga Flow class designed to help you unwind, stretch, and build gentle strength. Each class includes:
- Centering breathwork and a short guided arrival
- Warm-up and accessible flow sequence
- Balance, strength, and mobility work with options
- Soothing stretches
- A restful savasana to finish
Classes are beginner-friendly with progressions for regular practitioners. You’ll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and clear.
Who it’s for
- All ages and abilities welcome (teens and adults).
- New to yoga? Perfect. Returning after a break or working with tightness/injury? Options are offered throughout so you can practice at your pace.
- Parents/caregivers are welcome—quiet children are fine to sit nearby if supervised.
What to bring
- Your own yoga mat (and any props you enjoy—block, strap, towel, cushion, water bottle).
- Wear comfy clothing you can move in.
- If you prefer extra support, bring a small blanket for your knees or relaxation.
Helpful notes
- Free, drop-in community classes—no booking required.
- Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your mat.
- If you have any medical considerations, let the instructor know before class and practice within your comfort.
