In this heartwarming animated Christmas gem, the Claus family has passed down the title of Santa, a role overseeing a high-tech Christmas gift operation run by elite elves. When one child is accidentally left out on Christmas Eve, it’s up to Arthur Claus, Santa’s kind-hearted (yet clumsy) son, to save the day on a magical, last-minute mission to deliver the final present before Christmas morning.
Container in the Square will be selling tasty eats and treats, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Parents, please don’t drop off or leave your children unsupervised at this event. Please note you cannot BYO alcohol to Aotea Square.
This event is part of Auckland Live Christmas in Aotea Square 2025 - a free, all-ages celebration in the heart of Tāmaki Makaurau.
Over 24 days, Aotea Square comes alive with live music, circus, film, karaoke, toi whakaari (performance) and whānau-friendly fun, plus large-scale artworks including The Pavilion and four-metre-tall light installation The Neon Star by Angus Muir.
