Community Fitness

FREE community boot camp exercises for all to enjoy. Sessions are Run by the awesome team at D65 Fitness and made possible thanks to the Māngere-Ōtāhuhu Local Board. All fitness levels are welcome. The coaches are more than happy to provide alternative exercises should they be required. Sessions will also include nutrition advice.

Equipment:
- All exercise equipment is provided.

Need:
- Water bottle.
- Sweat towel if possible.
