Come Poi in the Park and experience the joy of movement, rhythm, and connection! Whether you're picking up poi for the very first time or looking to build on your skills, these friendly outdoor sessions are the perfect place to play, learn, and challenge both body and mind.
Poi is an amazing way to boost coordination, focus, creativity, and wellbeing—all while having a whole lot of fun. Your workshop facilitator, Dr. Kate, led the first clinical study on the health benefits of poi and knows first hand how to support you in moving and growing. Everyone is welcome!
