This course will be an introduction into figure drawing where we will learn how to construct more realistic figures by learning about gesture, structure, and proportion.
We will learn how to convey a sense of gesture to give flow and life to the figure and structure to give a sense of 3D form. We will also learn about how to construct a figure in proportion by finding key landmarks on the figure helping us to map the figure out. This class includes life drawing models for drawing practice.
