Here we go again!

ASB Polyfest 2026 is a celebration of 51 years of Polyfest history and this year, you’re invited to an extended ASB Polyfest season.

To cater to this growing event, the festival will be held across two venues with Diversity and Pacific Islands stages kickstarting festivities from 18 - 21 March 2026 at the Manukau Sports Bowl, with the Māori Stage performing on 30 March - 2 April 2026 at Manukau’s Due Drop Event Centre.

The Auckland secondary school’s cultural festival is the largest of its kind in Australasia, with more than 80,000 visitors taking in the sights and sounds across six cultural stages with performances from the Cook Islands, Diversity, Māori, Niue, Samoa and Tonga. ASB Polyfest continues to provide a platform for Auckland’s secondary school’s cultural groups and students who take part in speech competitions and cultural group performances.

To celebrate 51 years of Polyfest history, this year’s theme is “Ko au ko te Taiao! Ko te Taiao ko au! He Toa Taiao Taiohi nō te Moana nui a Kiwa, āke, ake, ake! - The environment lives in me, as I live in it - a ‘Pacific Youth Eco-Warrior’ for generations to come”.

As well as cultural performances, crowds flock to this festival to enjoy over 100 food, arts and crafts stalls. From food delicacies, to arts and crafts from Aotearoa and the Pacific, ASB Polyfest organisers are expecting large crowds, so online tickets are a must to beat the queue.

ASB Polyfest is a vape-free, smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free community event designed to celebrate all students participating and attending this year’s celebrations.
