Enjoy a stunning cultural performance featuring dancers and performers dressed in gorgeous traditional tapa garments. Experience the elegance, rhythm, and storytelling woven into every move.

Learn how to cook a beloved Tongan dish: Lū Kapapulu! This mouth-watering dish consists of corned beef (kapapulu) and onions, cooked in creamy coconut milk and wrapped in taro leaves (lū).

The evening will end in a shared feast where you'll get to enjoy the delicious Lū Kapapulu and other traditional Tongan flavours. It's a true taste of Tongan hospitality and community! We can't wait to see you there!
