This beginner-friendly session is designed for adults who want to learn the fundamentals of 3D printing in a relaxed and hands-on environment.
You will:
- discover how 3D printers work
- prepare a simple model for printing
- gain practical experience with design software.
By the end of the session, you will have the confidence to create your own simple 3D print, print an existing design and understand the exciting possibilities this technology offers for:

- being able to keep up with the kids!
No prior 3D printing experience needed, but you will need to bring your own laptop with free TinkerCAD programme installed, connected mouse and be able to follow guided instructions.
