As part of the Auckland Heritage Festival, visitors to Alberton can go beyond the ropes that usually close off many of the rooms and experience the beautiful collections up close.
These guided tours offer small groups (up to 10) a unique experience of this special heritage house built in 1863, followed by tea and scones in the ballroom.
The tour includes a visit to the Alberton kitchen and an opportunity to view the kitchenalia display.
