Raranga with Whaea Debbie!
Join Whaea Debbie for an afternoon of raranga, kōrero and mahi toi. Learn some simple weaving techniques and create your own woven bracelet or flower to take home.
Alongside our weaving, we’ll have the giant book How Māui Slowed the Sun by Peter Gossage on loan from Auckland Central Library, giving us an opportunity to connect with the pūrākau of Māui and share kōrero as we weave.
Pākeke aged 16 and above welcome to attend.
