Tucked away on the upper shores of the Waitematā Harbour is the small community of Greenhithe.
Greenhithe has a great village feel and there are plenty of short walks and parks to explore, including Wainoni Park and Collins Park.
A new skate park recently opened at Collins Park and its ramps and rails are proving very popular with young people.
If you’re keen on kayaking, you can launch your kayak from the new pontoon at Rame Reserve and enjoy spectacular views of the upper harbour from Herald Island across to Paremoremo.
