Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board is continuing a pilot project to transform rental properties into healthier and more energy-efficient homes.
With the assistance of partnering agencies, the board is offering local landlords a series of incentives, including free expert advice and heavily subsidised insulation.
The project is proving successful, with 70 properties already benefiting from the free assessments.
