An administrative plan change to correct technical errors and anomalies in the Auckland Unitary Plan has been publicly notified and submissions are open until 27 October.
Proposed Plan Change 4 and all background information can be viewed online at www.aucklandcouncil.govt.nz/unitaryplan or during business hours at any public library or council service centre.
The proposed corrections do not involve any changes to the plan’s policy approach. Nor does the proposed plan change seek to introduce any new objectives, policies, rules, zoning or new additions to the maps or schedules already included in the unitary plan.
Submissions can be completed online or a submission form is available from any library or service centre.
