Kaipātiki is a great place to be over summer with over 180 free family-friendly events between now and April 2020.
Throughout the summer months, there will be a range of events on offer including family orientated Summer Fun and Families in Parks events, community Christmas events, a fun run, and several new events for the area's older residents.

Kaipātiki Local Board Chair John Gillon says the board is committed to supporting community events that bring people and communities together.
“We believe it’s important we have these opportunities to get out and meet one another in our many parks and community spaces."
