Auckland Council has launched a new smarter, convenient way to report a maintenance issue you might come across at any of our community facilities or parks.
The new service will allow you to report problems online and to follow progress via text, email, or via the myAUCKLAND online dashboard. This means updates can be sent directly to you instead of you having to call the contact centre to see what is happening.
Updates on the progress of the problem being solved can still be given via the contact centre or walk-in service centres.

You can also track progress by reporting the problem using the myAUCKLAND online system.
