About Devonport Community House
Nestled Devonport town centre, Devonport Community House is a welcoming place for the community to gather, learn and grow. Run by a group of local volunteers, the Devonport Community House strives to enhance the social and cultural wellbeing of local residents by providing accessible and affordable classes and workshops as well as a venue for hire. The Devonport Community House offers a range of activities for all ages as well as OSCAR approved school holiday programmes.

The Devonport Community House has five different rooms of varying sizes available for hire.With a capacity of up to 120 people, the house can cater for a wide range of events, including meetings, community events, fitness classes and birthday parties. The venue is fully fenced, allowing children to play safely within the site, and there is plenty of off-street parking, including disabled parking, and accessible toilets and venue facilities.
