There are more than 180 electric, gas or wood-burning barbecues available for use in council parks.

Most designated picnic sites also have picnic tables, food preparation areas, drinking water and spaces suitable for games.
Casual-use sites are available for smaller groups, and larger sites for groups of up to 500 people can be booked in advance.
