Join a supportive 9-week series designed for new mums/birthing parents and their babies.
Classes focus on gently rebuilding strength, easing tension, and supporting your postnatal recovery, with options suitable from around 6 weeks postpartum (a little longer after a caesarean – please check with your LMC).
For the pēpi: To help keep little ones engaged, we weave in simple baby-friendly activities like sensory scarves, songs, baby yoga and massage, and gentle ways to incorporate your pēpi into your movement. There are also toys and bubbles on hand for a bit of extra novelty and fun.
Coffee Social: After class, stay for a cup of tea or coffee and a cookie, and connect with other local mums/birthing parents in a relaxed, baby-friendly setting.
Taught by a qualified and experienced pre and postnatal yoga instructor.
