BEGINNERS YOGA for Embracing Change in Autumn.
My passion is to give people the opportunity to experience yoga and movement regardless of their circumstances.
We will move gently, to connect the breath with movement, flow through some simple standing and seated sequences to rejuvenate and restore the mind and body, closing with relaxation.
Practising to embrace change and connect within to transition into the Autumn season with more ease.
All are welcome from beginners to long-time practioners.
My training background is in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin yoga (450+ hours), with over 20 years personal practice. I began teaching last year and am passionate about sharing yoga with anyone who is curious to explore it.
Cost is no barrier, please come anyway.
