Junior and intermediate dodgeball sessions are designed to introduce children (ages 5-13) to the sport of dodgeball as well as improve their skills while having fun.
The general formula for our sessions includes:
- a quick and fun warm up
- instruction on throwing techniques
- accuracy training
- drills to improve other skills and strategy
- variations of dodgeball games.
This will look different at each level and become more skills and strategy focused as children progress through the levels.
