Ōrākei Local Board will introduce awards for the local business community in mid-2018. The award structure will support and recognise the commercial side of the local community.
This will be the first such event that has been held in the Eastern Bays area.
“The Ōrākei Local Board Business Awards 2018 aim to foster a sense of pride around the local business community while communicating to the wider public the quality commercial offerings in the ward,” said board member Ros Rundle.
“For individual business owners, it is a chance to celebrate their success, as recognised by their peers and the community.”
