Auckland Council and Auckland Transport will be accepting applications for rental micromobility licences from 1 July 2024. Successful companies will be able to start operating on 4 November 2024.
Existing licences will expire on 3 November 2024.
All new applications will be licensed through Auckland Council’s Public Trading, Events and Filming Bylaw 2022 and Auckland Transport’s Activities in the Road Corridor Bylaw 2022
