Saturday 13 April - 2pm Creative Spaces Anzac Poppies with the wonderful group from Bayview CraftMob. Both adults and children are welcome to participate.
Tuesday 16 April - 10am Magical Mermaids – Old newspaper upcycled into stunning mermaids
Wednesday 17 April - 10am Connect4 Tournament workshop and games for children and adults. If you have your own Connect4 game, please bring this along.
Thursday 18 April - 10am – 3pm Fun activities in the Glenfield Mall with the Glenfield.
Library Origami fish and fish bookmarks to colour.
Friday 19 April - 10am Movie & Popcorn time- When Nemo, a young clownfish, is unexpectedly carried from his home, his overprotective father, Marlin, and Dory, a friendly but forgetful regal blue tang fish, embark on an epic journey that leads to encounters with vegetarian sharks, surfer dude turtles, hypnotic jellyfish and hungry seagulls.
Week 2:
Saturday 20 April - 2pm Creative Spaces A whale of a time – Egg carton whales to paint at home, or try an incredibly easy origami whale with a wobbly eye. Your own special sea creatures. All recyclable projects.
Tuesday 23 April - 10am Octopus Design and create your flashy Octopus magnet to take home
Wednesday 24 April - 10am Movie & Popcorn time - Venture under the sea where Ariel, a free-spirited mermaid princess, longs to be part of the human world. After bravely striking a bargain with Ursula, a sneaky sea witch, Ariel embarks on the adventure of a lifetime. With Flounder and Sebastian at her side, Ariel will need all of her courage and determination to make things right in both her worlds.
Thursday 25 April- ANZAC DAY Library closed
Saturday 27 April - 2pm Creative Spaces Fishy fish magnets – created from recyclable resources to save our environment.
13-28 April 2024 - ANZAC DAY Scavenger Hunt in the Library during the holidays.
