The Hibiscus Coast Cook Islands Community invites you to Whangaparāoa Library for a powerful and energetic ura (dance) performance, followed by an immersive workshop where you’ll learn the rhythmic and lively movements of this dynamic traditional dance.
Led by skilled instructors Sabrina, Bell and Xtina, the workshop offers a unique opportunity to connect with and experience the rich cultural heritage of the Cook Islands first hand and experience the joy and energy that it brings!
