Pack a picnic lunch and gather in the glade at the end of North Piha Road, for a relaxed guided poetry writing session and then using your words make your mark in The Listening Sand. A chance to connect with nature in an a truly unique way and use the craft of poetry to shape and share your deep thoughts - to ‘tell the sand’ a memory, a secret, a hope.
Anne Kennedy is an experienced writing workshop facilitator who will guide you to find your tone, to select words, and to contemplate how a poem can crystalize elements of time, difficulties and musings.
